Dgtmarket is a Polish centralized cryptocurrency exchange that launched in 2015. It claims to be a modern cryptocurrency exchange platform that supports Bitcoin and Litecoin, as well as enabling purchases and sales for the fiat currency PLN.

When asked about the benefits of trading at Dgtmarket, they answer that they have a clear interface, free zloty-transfers (zloty is the currency in Poland), are easy to use, reliable, have a pleasant design and the lowest trading fees in Poland. The latter statement is however not true, as there are a few other exchanges from Poland with lower trading fees.

Dgtmarket Advantages

This Polish cryptocurrency trading platform does not list US-investors as prohibited from trading, but US-investors should do their own independent assessment of any problems arising from their residency or citizenship.

Different exchanges have different trading views. And there is no “this overview is the best”-view. You should yourself determine which trading view that suits you the best. What the views normally have in common is that they all show the order book or at least part of the order book, a price chart of the chosen cryptocurrency and order history. They normally also have buy and sell-boxes. Before you choose an exchange, try to have a look at the trading view so that you can ascertain that it feels right to you. The below is a picture of the trading view at Dgtmarket:

The exchange doesn’t charge different fees between takers and makers. Their fee model is instead something called a “flat fee model”. The exchange offers a flat trading fee of 0.35%. 0.35% is a bit above the global industry average at 0.25%. The statement that Dgtmarket offer the lowest fees is accordingly simply not true.

Dgtmarket's withdrawal fee is 0.00045 BTC per BTC-withdrawal. This fee is a bit below the industry average. The global industry average BTC-withdrawal fee the last time we at Cryptowisser did a full-blown empirical study of it was approx. 0.0008 BTC per BTC-withdrawal. But today, we see more and more exchanges charging 0.0005 BTC per BTC-withdrawal, so one could argue that 0.0005 BTC is starting to become the new industry average. In any event, Dgtmarket's fees for withdrawals are competitive.

The exchange offers wire transfer as a deposit method, but you can’t deposit via credit card. This of course negative news to you if you would like to deposit money through your credit card instead.
