PR: Kryxivia Introduces the Largest Blockchain-Based 3D NFT MMORPG

The relationship between blockchain technology and other industries is constantly getting stronger and deeper. However, no other industry has opened its doors to cryptocurrencies and blockchain as much as gaming. With the popularity of gaming and the utility of crypto, these two make for a perfect pair. Their ties have grown even stronger since the growth of the NFT sector which allowed for tokenization of in-game items, purchase and sale of unique collectibles, characters, special items, and alike.

Now, a whole new era of blockchain-based gaming is starting, and one of the first great projects to take the lead is known as Kryxivia.

Kryxivia Introduces the Largest Blockchain-Based 3D NFT MMORPG

What is Kryxivia?

Kryxivia emerged as a fantasy 3D MMORPG game that can be played through any modern browser. It was created on top of blockchain technology, and it heavily relies on the NFT sector.

The project was founded by Frederick Marinho, who is also the company’s CEO. He has years of experience with the crypto space, including running a crypto business. As a fan of NFTs, as well as a passionate gamer and lover of MMORPGs, he wanted to find a way to combine all of these elements into a single product, unlike any other on the market.

Kryxivia emerged as a result of his efforts, offering a rich and vibrant online world filled with dangerous enemies, but also valuable loot, and above all — fun time that players get to have while exploring its world. The world features a massive settlement called the Kryxivia city, near which is a big mountain filled with different types of dungeon rooms, each guarded by a boss.

Upon conquering the dungeon and defeating the boss, players can loot several types of items. That includes the project’s native cryptocurrency, the KXS token, which is used as the in-game currency, as well as magical crystals called Kryxit, which feature different types of magical abilities. These strange gems can then be deposited in the city’s bank, sold at an in-game auction house, or taken to 3rd-party markets outside of the game in the form of NFTs.

The goal of the game is to have fun above everything else, but  the project’s leaders also wish to provide players with the ability to earn income from their efforts. While gaming has been a hobby ever since games were invented, there is no real reason why you should not be able to earn while doing something that you enjoy.

What do you need in order to play?

Given that one of the reasons for its existence is to push crypto adoption and onboard newcomers, the game was designed to be very simple to play and use in terms of requirements. All that the user needs is any modern browser in order to access it, and the MetaMask crypto wallet.

The crypto wallet is necessary in order to be able to withdraw funds from the game, or deposit items purchased on 3rd-party markets. It is the first requirement that users will meet after accessing the game.

Accessing the game itself is very simple — all you need to do is go to Kryxivia’s website via your browser, and click the Play button that is available on the home page. The website will request that you connect your Metamask to it, which you can do easily. After that, a confirmation will take place in order to verify that you are the owner of the wallet that you linked to the account. With your wallet verified, you can proceed to download the game and enjoy it in a matter of minutes.
