On Monday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that it has registered as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). This approval represents a key regulatory approval, enabling Alchemy Pay to facilitate seamless, secure fiat-to-crypto payment services in the Australian market.

With its registration as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider under AUSTRAC, Alchemy Pay can establish relationships with local payment facilitators in Australia to enhance crypto exchange services at a more competitive price tailored to Australian users. 

Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is up 23% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.03485.
