Alchemy Pay and Sonic Partner to Enhance Global Access to S Token

On Wednesday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that it has partnered with Sonic, the highest-performing EVM blockchain, to seamlessly integrate on-ramp support for Sonic’s native token, S.

The partnership strengthens the accessibility and adoption of S, allowing users worldwide to purchase the token using local fiat currencies and mainstream payment methods. With Alchemy Pay’s extensive reach—spanning over 173 countries and supporting 50+ fiat currencies- this collaboration ensures a frictionless fiat-to-crypto experience for Sonic’s growing ecosystem.

By integrating Alchemy Pay’s robust fiat on-ramp solution, this partnership significantly lowers the entry barriers to Sonic’s high-performance blockchain network. Users can now seamlessly acquire and engage with S, while developers benefit from increased adoption and liquidity within the Sonic ecosystem.

Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is down 2.5% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.02588.

Sonic (previously Fantom) is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Its S coin is down 1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.6146.
