On Tuesday, the API3 team announced via a Medium post that it has partnered with Blast API, a leader in advancing the open internet of the future with its multichain RPC and API services.

The partnership expands API3’s network of providers that provide cryptographically secure and verifiable data for powering its data feeds, including liquid staking tokens (LSTs) and liquid staking tokens (LRTs).

Blast API, provided by Bware Labs, is a high-performance API infrastructure platform designed to address key Web3 challenges, such as reliability and latency. The API features a multi-region architecture and uses geographically distributed third-party nodes to ensure decentralized infrastructure, reduced downtime, and optimal request routing based on user location.

The partnership will offer developers expanded access to various real-time data for popular cryptocurrencies, LSTs, and LRTs.

API3 is a data oracle that enables APIs to feed data to blockchain applications directly without third-party middlemen. API3 is trading at $1.613, down 1% in the last 24 hours.
