On Monday, Arbitrum announced that O3 Layer is coming to the Arbitrum ecosystem, making it the first modular Layer 3 protocol to launch on the blockchain. O3 Layer utilizes the Arbitrum Orbit tech stack to create a customizable, unique blockchain for smooth operation.

Arbitrum Orbit handles the execution layer of O3 by creating a customizable blockchain on Arbitrum Orbit.
