On Thursday, the Wormhole team announced via X $BIO is now natively multichain with Wormhole’s NTT framework. BIO Protocol brings $BIO to Solana, expanding access to DeSci liquidity across chains.

BIO Protocol is DeSci’s new financial layer, connecting talent, funding, and IP across a global network. It allows communities to support biotech innovation through BioDAOs and tokenized scientific IP.

With Wormhole’s NTT framework, the BIO protocol advances by cutting liquidity fragmentation while maintaining full control over token ownership, metadata, and upgradeability.
