Chainlink announced via X on Monday that Carmine Options is joining Chainlink Build to gain enhanced access to Chainlink's oracle services and technical support. This helps support the security and use of decentralized risk management protocol.
In return, Carmine Options will make 3% of its total native token supply available to Chainlink service providers, including stakers. Carmine Options offers advanced tools for self-directed risk management, price volatility protection, and DeFi governance.
Carmine Options is integrating Chainlink CCIP and Price Feeds, enabling the creation of highly secure and reliable DeFi tools on its platform. CCIP will allow the protocol to securely tap into the cross-chain ecosystem, while Price Feeds will provide tamper-proof market data essential for high-quality DeFi applications.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is up 3% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $10.50 at press time.
