The new Bridged USDC (Celer) in Oasys has the ability to seamlessly upgrade to native issuance in the future. Holders of Legacy Bridged USDC on Oasys are still able to bridge the token back to Ethereum but will be only able to bridge into the new Bridged USDC (Celer) when they transfer USDC from Ethereum to Oasys.

Celer Network is an interoperability platform that supports cross-chain fund transfers and generic message passing. CELR, the native token of Celer Network, is down by 3% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.01395.
