DFINITY, the team behind The Internet Computer blockchain, announced via X on Monday that it has partnered with SingularityNET.

DFINITY, the team behind The Internet Computer blockchain, announced via X on Monday that it has partnered with SingularityNET. The collaboration will see the two entities build AI Models that run on smart contracts.

They will work together to advance decentralized AI infrastructure and bring industry-leading AI services to all Dapps on the Internet Computer blockchain. 

The Internet Computer is a layer-1 protocol that is developed by the DFINITY Foundation and aims to become a blockchain network that evolves the Internet’. ICP, the native token of the Internet Computer ecosystem, is up by more than 1% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $4.556.

SingularityNET believes today’s AI tools are "fragmented" by closed-development environments. It aims to build a "protocol for connecting AI and machine learning tools, as well as forming effective applications". AGIX, the native token of SingularityNET, is trading at $0.28649, down by 3% in the last 24 hours.
