On Monday, the Chainlink team announced via X that Etherisc, a decentralized parametric insurance platform, has adopted Chainlink Functions on Avalanche.

On Monday, the Chainlink team announced via X that Etherisc, a decentralized parametric insurance platform, has adopted Chainlink Functions on Avalanche. Functions power Etherisc's parametric crop insurance in Kenya, helping over 5,000 farmers in collaboration with Lemonade to support 1 million farmers globally.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof data inputs and outputs for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down 10% over the past 24 hours, trading at $15.21 at press time.
