On Tuesday, the Filecoin team announced via X that it has partnered with UPNETWORK, a platform focused on building the first Decentralized Mobile Infrastructure Network (DeMIN).

On Tuesday, the Filecoin team announced via X that it has partnered with UPNETWORK, a platform focused on building the first Decentralized Mobile Infrastructure Network (DeMIN).

The partnership will see the two entities bring decentralized storage to Up Mobile devices, DeMIN, and UpOS as part of the Next Billion Movement. They want to shape the future of decentralized data management and create new possibilities for mobile users worldwide.

Filecoin is a decentralized storage network that serves as an incentivization layer on top of the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). FIL has added 5% to its value over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $3.921.
