Floki Launches its Debit Card

Floki and Mastercard have unveiled a debit card that supports eight blockchains and can be funded with several cryptocurrencies. The card's physical and virtual forms are available to users in 31 European countries. Furthermore, the virtual gift cards are available to users worldwide.

The cards, issued by Mastercard, can be used to pay for goods and services wherever Visa and Mastercard are accepted. According to the team, there are no transaction fees, but the card attracts a 2% top-up fee. Furthermore, there are one-time setup fees, and the card has a 5,000 Tether USDT daily limit.

The Floki Inu Mastercard can be funded using several cryptocurrencies, including Floki Inu FLOKI, Bitcoin, Ether, Tether coins (USDT, EURT, XAUT), Circle’s USDC, BNB, Solana (SOL), DOGS (DOGS), Hamster Kombat (HMSTR), The Open Network (TON) and Notcoin (NOT).

This latest development comes after Floki Inu announced in March that it was working on issuing a debit card. The debit card is a key element in its roadmap. According to its roadmap, Floki Inu’s Valhalla gaming metaverse mainnet is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025 following several delays.

FLOKI is down 8% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.000239 per coin. It has a market cap of $2.3 billion and is currently the 58th-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
