On Friday, the Avalanche Foundation announced via a blog post that Gelato supercharges Avalanche L1s with its blockchain deployment platform. Gelato’s L1 Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) leverages key advancements like dynamic fees and removing AVAX staking requirements. Developers can now deploy fully sovereign chains faster, at a lower cost, and with full interoperability via Avalanche InterChain Messaging (ICM).
Beyond one-click L1 deployment, enterprises access Gelato’s full Web3 Services Suite - built for scale, resilience, and compliance. This includes high-availability global RPC infrastructure with 99.99% uptime SLAs, Verified Nodes to support node sales with enterprise-grade observability, and Account Abstraction for frictionless user onboarding.
Gelato also provides real-time oracle feeds via Edge and Stork, Verifiable Random Functions (VRF) for secure randomness, and serverless Web3 Functions for advanced onchain automation, all backed by 24/7 support and custom SLAs.
Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem. AVAX is down 3% today and currently trades at $18.78 per coin.
