On Thursday, the LayerZero team announced via X that LayerZero had gone live on the Initia testnet and had been integrated into the interwoven stack. LayerZero is the official interoperability provider connecting every chain on Initia's interwoven stack to external chains, from Solana to Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Tron.

Initia reimagines the appchain thesis by combining a secure, liquid Layer 1 with an enshrined, opinionated, and multi-VM L2 stack natively fitted with omnichain communication.

Thanks to this latest development, developers, and applications from the 90+ chains connected through LayerZero can begin exploring the interwoven economy on the Initia testnet.

LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $3.811, down 2.5% in the last 24 hours.
