On Wednesday, the LayerZero team announced via X that LayerZero now powers the USDT0 stablecoin on Corn. The launch of USDT0 on Corn connects $141B in USDT across eight chains via LayerZero.

Corn is a Bitcoin-powered L2 designed for BTCFi, combining Bitcoin security with Ethereum scalability to enable fast, low-cost BTCFi transactions, seamless BTC on-ramps via LayerZero, and a Bitcoin-native DeFi experience without tradeoffs. 

LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $2.730, up 1.5% in the last 24 hours.
