Sonic Labs, previously known as the Fantom Foundation, announced via X on Tuesday that LayerZero will launch on the Sonic blockchain.

Sonic Labs, previously known as the Fantom Foundation, announced via X on Tuesday that LayerZero will launch on the Sonic blockchain. LayerZero allows users to send data, function calls, and tokens between chains while maintaining app autonomy.

Fantom is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Its FTM coin is up 3.5% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.7026.
