Chainlink announced via X on Friday that PayPal has added support for $LINK, its native token, alongside Solana’s $SOL.

PayPal Adds LINK and SOL to its Offerings

Chainlink announced via X on Friday that PayPal has added support for $LINK, its native token, alongside Solana’s $SOL. According to PayPal, Chainlink (LINK) and Solana (SOL) are now available for PayPal and Venmo users to buy, hold, sell, and transfer directly in their respective accounts.

PayPal and Venmo users will start seeing LINK and SOL available for purchase over the next few weeks.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down 15% over the past 24 hours, trading at $10.91.

Solana is an integrated, open-source blockchain that synchronizes global information at the speed of light. The network is focused on fast transactions and high throughput to encourage mass consumer adoption of blockchain technology. SOL is down 15.5% in the last 24 hours and trades at $101.68.
