Pyth Goes Live on Soneium Mainnet

On Monday, the Pyth Network announced via X that Pyth has launched on the Soneium mainnet, the public blockchain of tech giant Sony. With this integration, builders can now permissionlessly access 600+ real-time price feeds across SoneFi, Ionic, SuperVol, WaveX, Sake, and Untitled Bank.

SoneFi integrates multiple trading functionalities inc, luding AMM spot swap, perpetual futures trading with up to 50x leverage, and pump-launch features. SoneFi leverages Pyth as its primary price oracle for its 50+ markets.

Ionic is a decentralized money market protocol that offers non-custodial lending and borrowing services with competitive interest rates, backed by robust security monitoring, failsafe systems, and Pyth data. SuperVol utilizes Pyth's real-time market data to determine both start and end prices for trading rounds for its four markets (BTC, ETH, SOL, and ASTR).

WaveX leverages Pyth data to access real-time and secured asset prices for its markets. Untitled bank uses Pyth price feeds for three assets (ASTR, ETH, USDC), while Sake is an integrated liquidity protocol that combines three key modules: a borrow-lending, an overcollateralized stablecoin backed by yield-bearing tokens, and leveraged liquidity strategies.

Pyth Network is an innovative decentralized oracle that sources financial market data from over 90 first-party publishers, including major exchanges and market-making firms worldwide. PYTH is up 3% in the last 24 hours and currently trades at $0.2034 per coin.
