Celo announced via X on Friday that Rain has launched on its network thanks to its partnership with Huma Finance.

Celo announced via X on Friday that Rain has launched on its network thanks to its partnership with Huma Finance. Rain is a spend management platform that enables Web3 native teams transacting in stable assets to make payments on operating costs.

Rain has migrated to Celo for benefits including Carbon-negative infrastructure, Sub-cent transaction fees, and the potential to expand the stable asset roster to include native USDT.

Celo is an open platform that supports various distributed applications, smart contract development, and payments using e-mail addresses and phone numbers as public keys. CELO is down by 4% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.5667.
