RWA Crypto Sector Acts As Tailwind for Crypto Market; 4 Tokens Show Promising Growth

Due to blockchain technology, asset tokenization has emerged as a cutting-edge innovation. The concept has taken the crypto market by storm. Given its potential, the top research firms, including BCG, McKinsey, Bain & Company, and others, estimate that the tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) market cap could hit nearly $15 trillion in the coming years. 

The crypto market stayed caught up in this emerging trend and launched numerous projects. Like every other sector in crypto, among hundreds of projects, only a few manage to lead the pack with their performance and success. 

The broader crypto market has seen a downturn in the past few weeks. The global crypto market cap dropped below $2 trillion following the price dip in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and other major altcoins. However, the situation has changed, as BTC and ETH prices are shaking hands at $65,000 and $3,500, while the global cap hits $2.35 Trillion. 

Although cryptocurrencies across the sectors saw a trend reversal, the notable growth in some tokens grabbed investors' attention. Cryptocurrencies native to RWA sectors, including Mantra (OM), Maple (MPL), Landshare (LAND), and Goldfinch (GFI), have seen price pumps. The growth in these tokens shows that tokenization and the RWA crypto narrative dominate the market. 

Since the crypto market is uptrend, investors must set the right strategy. Keeping the RWA crypto tokens in the portfolio was a sound strategy, and it is still today. 

Mantra (OM)

Mantra is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that offers staking, lending, and governance services. It operates on a multi-chain ecosystem that supports major blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot.

Maple (MPL) 

Maple (MPL) is a decentralized corporate credit marketplace that connects institutional borrowers with lenders. Its unique features of on-chain credit assessment and under-collateralized loans enable Maple to facilitate efficient capital allocation. Among its successful ventures is providing significant loan volumes to reputable crypto institutions.

After a 50% weekly surge in value, the MPL token is trading at $17.6. In the last 30 days, the Maple utility token has accumulated nearly 60%. It is among the top gainers in the monthly time frame and is taking the lead, firmly defying the odds in the broader crypto market. 

Landshare (LAND)

Among all these RWA crypto projects, Landshare (LAND) is a full-fledged project active in the real estate tokenization sector. The platform offers investment opportunities in tokenized real estate properties on blockchain. Leaping ahead of its counterparts, it is expanding its offerings to property owners by facilitating third-party tokenization services and including them in the mainstream.

The protocol focused on providing RWA-backed crypto loans, which makes it a key player in the real-world assets space within DeFi. 

 

GFI token has also made an impressive comeback in the last month, rising 35%. It is trading at $3.18, following a 9% increase today. The Goldfinch utility token certainly makes it to the investors interested in RWA space with the belief it breaks the resistance at $5 and witnesses the price pump held for a long time.
