Sonic Labs Introduces its Testnet 2.0, Blaze

Sonic Labs, previously known as the Fantom Foundation, announced via X on Saturday that it has launched Blaze, its testnet 2.0

Sonic Labs, previously known as the Fantom Foundation, announced via X on Saturday that it has launched Blaze, its testnet 2.0. Blaze is the new Sonic testnet with incredible performance enhancements. As of 221,000 blocks processed, the average block time on Blaze is 1.17 seconds, with a finality time of 0.85 seconds.

Fantom is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Its FTM coin is up 4% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $1.0872.
