Sonic Lab’s Native $S Token Expands to Solana Using LayerZero

On Sunday, the LayerZero team announced via X that the native token of the Sonic Labs network, $S, has expanded to Solana using LayerZero's OFT Standard.

On Sunday, the LayerZero team announced via X that the native token of the Sonic Labs network, $S, has expanded to Solana using LayerZero's OFT Standard. The Fantom blockchain was recently rebranded to Sonic as it looks to become a leading EVM network. 

LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $2.761, down 1% in the last 24 hours. 

Sonic (previously Fantom) is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Its S coin is up 1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.4111.
