On Monday, the Sui team announced via a blog post that the Sui Bridge went live on Mainnet, providing a native connection between Ethereum and Sui.

On Monday, the Sui team announced via a blog post that the Sui Bridge went live on Mainnet, providing a native connection between Ethereum and Sui. Sui Bridge is a native solution for moving assets to and from external ecosystems, such as Ethereum.

Sui Bridge currently supports ETH and WETH transfers between Sui and Ethereum. Secured by Sui’s network validators, Sui Bridge transactions are protected by the same infrastructure that powers and secures Sui itself. The team added that future updates will expand support for additional assets and functionality.

Sui is a Layer 1 blockchain designed to provide top-notch developer and user experiences backed by robust technological foundations. SUI is up 7% in the last 24 hours, trading at $1.8712 per coin.
