HBAR Foundation, the development team behind the Hedera blockchain, announced via a blog post on Monday that it has joined the Nordic Blockchain Association (NBA) to bolster the adoption of blockchain and DLT in the Nordics.

HBAR Foundation, the development team behind the Hedera blockchain, announced via a blog post on Monday that it has joined the Nordic Blockchain Association (NBA) to bolster the adoption of blockchain and DLT in the Nordics. This partnership reflects the HBAR Foundation's commitment to support funding of blockchain use cases in the region, sharing best practices, and global vision.

The Nordic Blockchain Association (NBA) is a nonprofit organization facilitating the largest professional web3 network in the Nordics.

Hedera Hashgraph is a distributed public ledger infrastructure. According to the team, it offers significant improvements over existing blockchains in five areas: performance, security, governance, stability, and regulatory compliance. HBAR is trading at $0.0780 at press time, down by 8% over the last 24 hours.
