The Uniswap team announced the launch of the Uniswap Extension via X on Tuesday. The team said this extension is the first wallet to launch on the user’s browser’s sidebar. Thanks to this latest development, users no longer have to deal with pop-ups and transaction windows.
With Uniswap Extension users will be able to swap, sign transactions, and send or receive crypto anywhere on the web. Furthermore, users can place a Limit Order for any token, with any predefined price and duration, up to a year, on Ethereum. If the market for that token reaches the specified price, the swap executes.
Uniswap is a decentralized exchange protocol built on Ethereum. To be more precise, it is an automated liquidity protocol. There is no order book or any centralized party required to make trades. UNI, the native token of Uniswap, is currently trading at $10.764, up by 2% in the last 24 hours.
