Wormhole's Era3 is Now Live on Portal

On Thursday, the Wormhole team announced via X that Era3 is now live on Portal, the token bridge built on the Wormhole blockchain.

On Thursday, the Wormhole team announced via X that Era3 is now live on Portal, the token bridge built on the Wormhole blockchain. With Portal, users can transfer assets and perform native cross-chain swaps in under 15 seconds.

Portal will now auto-detect networks and assets from the users' wallets and display their transaction history when prompted. Additionally, users can also perform native-to-native cross-chain swaps. This enables users to transfer and swap assets in one click without receiving wrapped assets all in Portal’s frontend.

The launch on Portal comes roughly two weeks after Wormhole Era3 went live. The upgrade includes four product upgrades: a game-changing intents product launch, a fast native-to-native swap launch, and a strategic initiative-taking institutions multichain. 

Wormhole is a decentralized bridge between blockchains that enables the transfer of assets and data across different blockchain networks. It aims to facilitate interoperability and expand the capabilities of blockchain technology. W is trading at $0.3136, down 10% in the last 24 hours.
