On Sunday, the Zilliqa team announced via X that the Zilliqa Network experienced a technical issue that resulted in an interruption to block production. The technical team pointed out that initial investigations indicate that the issue is similar to the previous outage. This specific issue will not arise in the brand-new network Zilliqa is preparing to release in the near future.
Zilliqa resolved the issue in the early hours of Monday, and the network is now fully operational.
Zilliqa (ZIL) is one of the world’s first blockchains being built on a sharded architecture and features smart contracts written in the platform’s proprietary programming language: Scilla. ZIL is trading at $0.03357, down 1.5% in the last 24 hours.
