On Wednesday, the Zilliqa team announced via X that they noticed an issue with Look-up nodes going out of sync, which has unfortunately resulted in transactions not reaching the blockchain for processing.

The team will be restoring the Zilliqa network now to fix this issue and as such, the network will not be processing transactions during this time. They also assured users that their funds are safe.

In a follow-up post, Zilliqa added that the network recovery is now complete. Full functionality has been restored to the Zilliqa mainnet, and users may now resume transacting on the network.

Zilliqa (ZIL) is one of the world’s first blockchains being built on a sharded architecture and features smart contracts written in the platform’s proprietary programming language: Scilla. ZIL is trading at $0.02239, up 3.8% in the last 24 hours.
