Lista DAO is a hybrid algorithmic stablecoin protocol built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), modeled after Maker DAO. Unlike Maker DAO, Lista DAO incorporates liquidity staking (Liquid Staking) and provides liquidity from decentralized exchange (DEX) liquidity providers (LPs), thereby avoiding issues of fund freezing (fiat-backed) or value loss (algorithmic) due to price instability. 2. LISTA is the governance token of Lista DAO, used for the following purposes:

• Governance: LISTA token holders can vote on protocol governance decisions.

• Protocol Incentives: Users receive LISTA tokens as rewards when borrowing lisUSD against collateral or providing liquidity in the lisUSD and slisBNB pools.

• Voting: Users can lock their LISTA tokens as veLISTA and vote on collateral types to mint lisUSD and on liquidity pools to receive higher LISTA token emissions.

• Fee Sharing: Users locking LISTA as veLISTA are also eligible for fee sharing.
